This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with light signs of wear; there is minor rubbing/scuffing to paper, light blemishing to interior along white graphics, but no excessive nicks, rips, tears, stains or repairs; paper quality retains smoothness/gloss, and color photographs are still sharp/bright.
The brochure measures approx 9" x 4".
