Description

This Chinese silk embroidery in Tray Has some stains on the silk. Otherwise in good shape for its age. The embroidery shows gold threads with flying insects. The tray was made quite a few years back. The tray is all hand dove tailed. The glass is quite old with a few bubbles in it. I know there are ways to clean the silk today but I haven't attempted it. On one of Peter Combs (from Bidamount) videos, he said it is amazing what can be done today to clean silk. Or you can leave it the way it is. The tray measures approximately 23 1/4" long by 10 1/4" wide. it is 2 3/4" from the bottom to the top of the handle.
